Custom Work

If you’re interested in something custom made especially for you, wedding rings (or pendants), payment plans, bulk orders or anything else that crosses your mind you’d like to inquire about, please message me here or on Facebook at Ben Kappius Designs and I would love to make that dream into a reality! 

Guidelines for custom work:

• $200 minimum
• Generally try to work with my own stock for gems so I may not have everything in every color in every size and price bracket available.  Some things I do have someone I can talk to about acquiring but just remember, there is no Walmart equivalent for gems where everything is available all of the time
• 50% deposit on the estimated cost, and the remainder payment when the piece is done

   Although I love unique ideas and doing something personal that you can really connect with, I do reserve the ability to turn down a project.  Some projects on my end are far more extra effort or require access to equipment that means a lot more from me and that can make a project take more than it’s worth. I also don’t do symbols or work in any style that’s not my own. If you’d like something with a specific symbol of a drawing of your own, that’s something you’ll have to look elsewhere for.

Payment plan and custom payment policy:

• If you choose at any point to back out or change what you’re getting, I’ll hold everything you’ve put towards your piece as store credit but I can not do refunds.
• If I do a custom with your stones, I can not tear apart my work to give them back if you are dissatisfied without paying for the work alone and then I keep what materials are mine and give you back what’s yours, or I can buy the gem from you at a reasonable price when the pendant sells.
