About Me
I’m self-taught, self-funded, self-directed, and self-made.
I began making jewelry in 2011 after spending time hitchhiking along the West Coast following my 18th birthday. When I returned to Colorado, I was searching for my purpose and vision for my life, so I headed up to a small mountain town in March. I spent the rest of the winter living outside without even a tent, and, realistically, I'm pretty lucky I survived.
I couldn’t find work, so I created my own. Starting with simple wire designs, I developed my skills through persistence, taking initiative, and cultivating my personal direction. One day, another jewelry maker in the community tapped me on the shoulder and said, “You know, we use pliers for this.” That was the only formal coaching I ever received in wire wrapping—the rest I taught myself. Later, we became great friends, and she introduced me to artists whose work still inspires me.
Since that winter, I’ve grown my skills and business entirely on their own merit and contribution to my customers, and I’m pretty proud of that. This journey fueled me, backed my work and vision with authenticity, and gave me the passion, care, and commitment to excellence that a life's devotion to a purpose deserves.
I believe what you wear is a reflection of who you are. Everyone carries a spark of greatness within them, and that deserves to be represented with something remarkable.
But honestly, the greatest value in my work hasn’t been the pieces themselves. It’s who I had to become to overcome the obstacles along the way. We are our own greatest works of art. I consider this path both a privilege and an honor, and I’m grateful for the amazing places it takes me and the people I get to serve.
